When will each box be announced?

Each box is announced a few days before the month it features. Be sure to follow us on Instagram and subscribe to our newsletter to stay up to date on all announcements and reveals.


Can I cancel my order?

All of our products are pre-orders. For this reason, we do not offer cancellations. Filing a chargeback or dispute will result in the cancellation of your order and a permanent ban from making future purchases on our website. Please make sure you’re certain before placing an order.


Do you offer hardcovers only, or paperbacks too?

We offer both paperback and hardcover editions, depending on the specific box. The book format will always be clearly listed in the product description.


Do you use AI for your covers or merchandise?

No. We do not use AI for any aspect of our production. All of our covers, art prints, and merchandise are designed by talented artists. We believe in supporting human-made art and have no plans to use AI now or in the future.


What comes in each box?

Box contents vary, but each listing will include specific details. Items may include:

  • Custom editions of the book (paperback or hardcover)
  • Sprayed or stenciled edges
  • Signed or digitally signed books
  • Foiling, endpapers, and custom formatting
  • Bookish merchandise such as bookmarks, mugs, character art, hoodies, and more

How many authors do you feature per month?

The number of featured authors varies from month to month. We announce each one on our Instagram page prior to the sale going live.


Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.


Is this a subscription box?

Our standard boxes are available for individual purchase and are not subscription-based. However, we do offer a subscription option through our Endless Vines & Roses line. Details can be found under our Subscription tab.


What should I expect in a box?

  • Each box is thoughtfully curated and may include:
  • Hardcover or paperback editions with exclusive sprayed or stenciled edges
  • Signed copies of books (or digitally signed bookplates)
  • Custom foiling, endpapers, or formatting
  • Themed bookish merchandise
    Every box is unique and created with care.

Do you do reprints?

No. We do not offer reprints. Each book is exclusive and limited, and we aim to maintain its collectability and value.


Shipping

How does your shipping process work?

We ship globally.

Shipping times are currently estimated at 16 to 20 weeks from the pre-order close date. We are working to reduce this timeline as our operations grow.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

If there are any delays, we will post updates on our social media and in our facebook reader group.


Returns & Refunds

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at helpdesk.endlesspages@yahoo.com with clear photos of the damage.

If a package is lost or stolen after shipment, please contact your local postal service provider. We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages once they are in transit.

Returns and refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Damaged or Defective Books

At Endless Pages, we take great care in packing and protecting your books. However, damage can occasionally occur during transit. Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, we are no longer liable for damages incurred in transit.

We will gladly offer a replacement if your item meets the following qualifying criteria:

Qualifying Damage (Eligible for Replacement):

  • Missing or torn pages
  • Deep cuts or slashes across the cover
  • Detached or split spine
  • Water damage or severely warped pages
  • Ink bleeding, large rips, or holes
  • Edge or endpages printed upside down
  • Damage that affects readability or display
  • Packages confirmed lost by the shipping carrier

Non-Qualifying Damage (Not Eligible for Replacement):

  • Minor dents, dings, or creased corners
  • Light surface scratches or scuffs
  • Torn or missing shrink wrap
  • Slight color misalignments or printing inconsistencies
  • Spelling errors on the cover or interior
  • Blurry stenciled edges

To request a replacement, email helpdesk.endlesspages@yahoo.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include clear photographs and a description of the damage. All claims are evaluated individually.

Please note:

  • Items purchased secondhand are not eligible for replacement.
  • Claims submitted after the 7-day window will not be accepted.
