Production & Shipping Updates

Update 1

  • Orders for Saffron Kent boxes have been placed, and production will begin shortly.

Update 2

  • Saffron Kent boxes are expected to arrive on February 6th, and we will begin packing and shipping soon after.
  • Amy Award and Lauren Biel boxes will arrive shortly after, with a timeline of 2–3 weeks for fulfillment.
  • H.D. Carlton merchandise was delayed by two weeks, but we expect it to arrive in 5 days.
  • January Sports Boxes have not yet entered production.

Update 3

We sincerely apologize for the delay in shipping the November boxes. There was a misalignment with the logo due to a production error, even though the correct files were submitted. The issue is now being corrected, and the books are expected to arrive by January 25th. Shipping will begin immediately afterward.

For the December boxes, the books were printed with a glossy finish instead of the intended matte. This mistake is also being corrected, and we are currently awaiting an updated timeline.

Upcoming Boxes

  • January & February – On schedule
  • March – In production, expected to ship by end of August
  • April – Production has not yet started; expected shipping September–October
  • May – Files are currently undergoing review; production start is scheduled soon

Overstock Orders

The Endless Pages team will be away from January 12–16. Overstock orders will be packed and shipped once we return. This brief pause will allow us to continue resolving current box issues and ensure quality control.

Also, new H.D. Carlton merch will be launching soon!

NEW UPDATE _ 07/26/25

Thank you so much for your patience and kindness as we’ve navigated a few delays—we’re incredibly grateful for your continued support.

Here’s a breakdown of the upcoming shipping schedule:

  • February Box – Boxes are set to arrive on August 9th, and we’ll begin packing and shipping them out to you shortly after.

  • March Box – Production has officially wrapped, and boxes are scheduled to ship to us next week, with an estimated arrival in the last week of August.

  • April Box #1 (featuring Sheridan Anne & Victoria Ashley) – Production is nearly complete, and boxes are estimated to arrive on August 26th.

  • April Box #2 – This box is currently still in production, and we’ll share an update as soon as we have a confirmed delivery window.

  • May Box – This box is in production, with an estimated arrival of September 19th. (This is ahead of schedule—our original estimate was October to December.)

  • Carian Cole Box – Boxes are on track to ship out in August as planned.

  • Luna Mason Box – Files are currently being finalized and prepared for production.

A Note About the March Box Font Change:

We also wanted to let you know about a design change made to the March box editions. After reviewing the final layout, both Victoria Wilder and our team agreed that the original font didn’t complement the overall tone and aesthetic of the book. It felt slightly out of sync with the story’s atmosphere and overall feel.

Because of this, we made the decision to change the font to a more cohesive and reader-friendly typeface that better reflects the style and vibe of the book. You can view images of the updated font below to get a sense of what to expect.

We know design choices can be personal, so if the change isn’t to your liking or you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to chat further or issue a refund if needed—we want you to love what you receive.

Hello everyone,

We’re excited to share some important updates regarding your boxes:

  • March Boxes – The March boxes have arrived, and our team is currently preparing them. We expect to finish packing and begin shipping on September 20.

  • Subscription Box Tote Bags – Unfortunately, we received the wrong color tote bags for the subscription boxes. The supplier has acknowledged the error and is sending us the correct ones. They have given us a timeframe of about 1.5 weeks. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience while we resolve this.

  • April Boxes – The April boxes have also arrived. We will begin shipping these as soon as the March boxes are completed.

  • Alina May Boxes – These are scheduled to arrive on the 20th.

  • June Boxes – Production has officially started.

  • July Boxes – These are currently undergoing a detailed file check before moving into production.
